ProjectManager: Different navigation tree on UNIX and Win

      Steps to reproduce:

      • have a Qt4.8 kit configured
      • open the focus.pro of the attached archive

      Current result:

      • Linux displays all files as expected, but on Win the QML and Other Files for the focus project aren't visible (or accessible)
