"Add Library" wizard should honor filename case-insensitivity on Windows

    Description

      When trying to add Windows SDK library to project, "Add Library" wizard allows you to select a file with extension ".Lib" (uppercase 'L', as created by Microsoft), but does not allow you to press "Next" button until you change extension to ".lib" manually.
