Debugger: Debugger seems no more use automatically the correct AppOutput tab

Steps to reproduce:

• have several projects open
• debug a project
• switch to another project
• debug the project you have switched to
  • check if there's a new tab inside the AppOutputPane with the respective title (should be the project's name)

Current result:

• it seems to me as if the debugger tries most of the time to use the same tab even for different projects

IIRC this worked fine in 3.6
