Debugger: Context menu on Project Navigator disabled after debugging on OSX

Details

    • Bug
    • Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
    • P3: Somewhat important
    • None
    • Qt Creator 4.0.0-beta1
    • Debugger
    • OSX 10.10.2, QC 4.0 snapshots

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. have at least 2 projects open (if it matters I had widgets app & quick app & quick controls app from template)
      2. have the Projects Navigator open
      3. make the widget app the active project
      4. start debugging
      5. when widget comes up close it
      6. right click on a different projects' node to trigger the context menu
        • check the menu (whether relevant items that should be enabled are disabled)
        • check if a left click into the editor and triggering the context menu again fixes it - if so, repeat at 4.

      Current result:

      • at some point the whole context menu is disabled except the item 'Close project XYZ'
      • even switching Projects view, changing the current active project there, or using the MiniTargetSelector does not help.. QC needs to loose focus completely (and get it back) to fix this
