- Have two monitors connected to your machine.
Let's call the left "1" and the right "2". It seems like at least one of them has to have HiDPI. Mine are both scaled to 200%. - Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Build & Run" -> "Compiler".
- Move the dialog so that most of it is on screen 1 but the buttons on the right are on screen 2.
- Click on "Add".
A drop-down menu will appear on screen 1. The same happens with the combo box in the "Examples" tab of the Welcome screen.
The drop-down menu should appear next to the button on screen 2.
