      Qt configured without WebEngine

    Description

      1. Go to Welcome mode, Tutorials tab.
      2. Click on "Getting Started Programming with Qt Quick".
        Creator will open a webpage and a blank help window.

      The help window should either display actual content or should not be shown at all.
