Incorrect build environment when cross compiling for QNX

On Windows, Projects > Build Environment > System Environment for a QNX target shows the PATH as:

<a couple explicit paths>;%PATH%

The unexpanded %PATH% appears to be causing issues (e.g. Perl is not found, even though it is part of %PATH%), and is different from how this information is displayed for Windows builds (where these is no explicit %PATH%; rather the full expanded path is displayed)
