missed compiler configuration after QtC restart

      Qtc 4 rc, and Microsoft Visual C++ BUild Tools - pay your attention, not a VIsual Studio but standalone build tools. see first scrennshot; bild tools for x64 available
      after selecting this compiler for a kit, I'm saving this and using for the development as usual.
      after restart qtc, compiler in a kit is empty, see screnshot 3.
