SVN checkout fails for invalid cert even if Trust server certificate checked off

      Checked off Trust Server Certificate on the 1st tab of check out dialog, but still got this error on the 2nd tab.
      When server certificate is trusted, check out should not fail.
      Especially when accessing the server by IP.
      Checkout must not be prevented by invalid/expired certificate - this is a serious show stopper.
