Menu File/Open File or Project... does nothing

      Windows 7 64bits(Portuguese-Brazilian) with Visual Studio 2008 installed.
      This problem also appeared with Visual Studio 2010 installed.

    Description

      Hi,
      The menu action under File/Open File or Project does nothing. Whenever I click on it, nothing happens. No File Dialog appears.
      Actually, this problem happens with all File Dialogs that Qt Creator 2.0 rc1 tries to open, like many under Tools/Options.
      Version 1.3.1 didn't have this problem.
