QtC changed my target run working directory without telling me

After having upgraded my QtC to version 4.0.0
My project target was no longer runnable - received error -1.
After investigation it appear that QtC did changed without notifying me the Project > Run > Working directory of the selected target.
After having changed it back, all works fine again.
This was a CMAKE project opened / configured with the previous QtC version.
