      When typing an include directive

      #include <qdebug.h>

      , code completion will trigger when typing.'.

      Sometimes it also happens that Creator insists on replacing the '.' by '->', especially when seeing a fwd declaration of QWindow in conjunction with qwindowdefs.h (seen on Windows).
