QtC make my outside builds failing

When i open a cmake project in QtC and for some reason want to do some manual cmake call / make in the build directory of this QtC project from terminal, then my cmake call randomly fails.
I noticed that each time this occurs it's when I see QtC rescanning my cmake project and triggering a cmake call on its own (ie: i did not triggered the run cmake action).
