Debugger cannot be launched twice

The user runs an application in debug mode. A debug view is opened in the Qt Creator; after stopping the debugger and the application, if user do not close the debugger view, then every subsequent try to re-run the app in debug will result in qt creator hung after writing "debugging starts".

As soon as the tab is closed the user can run debugger again

Can be workaround if controls on the pane in screenshot are used.
