qmake invocation doesn't work with custom Makefile name

    Description

      Set MAKEFILE = NotMakefile in your project

      Running qmake fails (No rule to make target qmake_all).

      This is caused by 452ea6a662a62e44081ea93434128b4e094db7cc which ignores this setting
