Description

Starting in QtCreator 4.0 it keeps discarding CMake configuration of projects defaulting to a CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX of /usr/local.

If I re-open an existing project its CMake configuration is also nuked. Even though I configured CMake in my Kit to set various settings it doesn't apply them reliably.
