      Reasoning is the same as for "Menu: Build > Run Without Deployment".

      If qtcreator.pro is opened with BUILD_TESTS=1 is takes quite a while for "Run This Test" since the null build (no file touched) alone will take more than 5 seconds (depending on the machine/os/fs).
