1. Open a Qt Quick Application project.
2. Configure the project to use MSVC2013.
3. Debug the project.
4. Show the Application Output view.
   You'll see something like:

   Debugging starts
   ꪫ겱꒫ꪪ꫊ꪻ몺꺪뮊ꮪꨚꪪꪺ䪺겫쮪ꪪ늫쮪ꮤ䪺꫚
   ᪫뫊꾪뫊몪ꯊ겨ꮪ䪺ꪺ䪺꒫몪쮊쨊궪겪ꩊDebugging has finished
   

   Note that the application is not supposed to generate any output.

These characters should not appear. When just running the application, they don't appear.
