"Attach to Running Application" does not work on remote hosts

"Attach to Running Application" does not work when use remote host kit. Error on -exec-run:

CALL: RUN ENGINE
<829-exec-run

The "remote" target does not support "run". Try "help target" or "continue".
NOTE: ENGINE RUN FAILED

I think is needed set DebuggerRunParameter useContinueInsteadOfRun on this case
