Run in subdirs type project.

      In project view, using right click and "Build "Source"" action everything is work as expected. Only 1 subproject is going to rebuild.

      If I select "Run" in subdirs popup menu only for already built subproject, all projects from subdirs are rebuilded.
      This is a problem in case if one of projects is broken or build is huge.

      Is it bug or expected behavior ?
