    Description

      1. Create a new Qt Quick UI project.
        I use this as an example. The symptoms are the same for a Qt Quick Application.
      2. Run this in the debugger.
      3. In Locals and Expressions view, expand the properties of an item.
        They seem to appear in a random order. The state of "Sort Members of Classes and Structs Alphabetically" does not seem to matter.

      The properties should be shown in a reasonable order.
