Icon theme no longer respected

    Description

      I have 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0-beta1 installed side by side.

      4.0.1 uses the correct icon theme of the desktop. I tried with "Oxygen" and "elementary xfce". See screenshot "correct-oxygen.png".

      4.0.2, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0-beta1 do not. They always use the GNOME icon theme. See screenshot "wrong.png".

      All other applications on the desktop detect the icon theme correctly.
