Adding project deploy step "make" with parameter does not call make

      After adding a deploy step choosing "make" and adding argument "install" Qt-Creator fails to call "make install". It just calls "install". After overriding the make command with "make" or "/usr/bin/make" (without the quotes) it calls "make install".

      The default make call (/usr/bin/make) is not used.
