clang static analyser doesn't work on C file

      I tried to run it on my C project, and each `.c` files gave me this:

      clang-3.8: warning: argument unused during compilation: '-fcxx-exceptions'
error: invalid argument '-std=gnu++11' not allowed with 'C/ObjC'
