Completion doesn't work for typedefs

      Steps to reproduce / test case:

      struct test 
{ 
int a; 
QString b; 
}; 

typedef QList<test> TestList; 
TestList myList; 
myList.at(0). // <-- no completion

      This example works if I declare myList directly as a QList.
