Make it possible to point Qt Creator to a Raptor install

Find make in there, and put it in the path.
E.g. as additional parameter to set per Qt Version?
Or maybe better globally, and probably also have a global setting for the winscw path, instead of per Qt Version, you should only have one install anyhow.
