ProjectExplorer: Cannot unload Tasks file from session

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • create a session & switch to it
      • load a tasks file (will be displayed inside the Issues pane)
      • close QC
      • restart QC, open the same session

      Current result:

      • Issues pane shows issues from the former tasks file again

      Note: Clearing the Issues pane ('Clear' button) removes the issues for this current run, but closing & restarting QC into the same session will bring it back..
