CppEditor: Crash on closing modified file

      Not sure if reproducible at all.. But here's what I did:

      • open a project under version control
      • change something + make a commit
      • switch to console and checkout a different patch
      • switch back to QC
        • dialog comes up regarding changed files - hit "Yes, reload All"
      • click the close button of the file (the 'X' between the file's name and its outline)

      See attached backtrace for more information (crash happened in Thread 1)

      Notes: I'm pretty sure that cpp indexing was done already (AutoTest had started to scan for tests), and ClangCodeModel is not involved..
