Debugger does not finish when debuggee is killed

    Description

      1. Create a Qt Widgets Application from the wizard
      2. Debug the app and wait until the window appears
      3. Kill the debuggee externally

      Expected: Qt Creator will notice and stop debugging.
      Actual: Qt Creator shows no reaction, still at break point.
