Project wizards: Add choice of build system

    Description

      Project wizards generate project files without asking the user about an opinion. Usually the result is qmake .pro files.

      Since Qt Creator supports additional build systems such as qbs and CMake, it would be great if the wizards gave the user that choice.

      We should however not force the wizard author to provide all project files. Instead, he should be able to define in the .json which build systems he wants to support and which files are part of which system.

      Perhaps we could have a buildsystem choice page (like the kit choice page) or just a combobox in in one of the existing pages,
