macOS: Odd "below"-tabs above the application output.

The type of "below"-style tabs we use above the Application Output on macOS does not fit. It should be "above"-style tabs, instead.

if macOSStyle does not provide the tabs we want, Manhattanstyle should paint them itself. This would also eliminate the issues of QTBUG-57274
