Git: Cannot skip commit during rebase

      When doing pull with rebase, you might get modified versions of your commits.

      When you miss the single dialog to skip the commit after the merge tool finishes, you only get the possibility to --abort or --continue the rebase.

      It would be nice to have --skip also for such cases.
