Qt Creator should have "Create New Folder"

Qt Creator should have "Create New Folder" and "Create New File" in "File System View" or in "Open Project View".

When working in CMake project, sometimes there is need for creating new sub directory and creating new CMakeList.txt file eventually, Ironically there is no way to create new folder and new file in QtCreator, at the other hand every IDE and text editor on the planet I think does provide this functionality.

p.s. QtCreator does have new empty file creation functionality, but adding "New Empty File" and "New Folder" in context menu would be much better and would be like all of other IDEs out there.
