QtCreator crash after running custom binary file

      I use qtcreator 4.2.0 on linux x86_64.

      I import pgadmin3 project (autotools project) and build it from qtcreator. QtCreator asks me to run pgadmin3 from itself. I choose binary file, click OK button and I have a segfault (please, see attachment)
