Generate missing members of Q_PROPERTY facility is working wrong when the public section of the class is missing.

When I create a class without a public section and add some Q_PROPERTY(ies), when I hit ALT+Enter to generate the missing members, I end-up with a wrong generation, but when I add the public section of the class everything work as expected.
