If some folders'/files' revisions in a local copy of an SVN repository are less than HEAD revision, Tools > Subversion > Log Project "..." and Log Repository show log entries only up to the lowest revision number of a folder/file in the repository. This is so even if the open project's revision is equal to HEAD revision.

To fix this behavior, the local copy must be updated so that all files/folders are at HEAD.
