terminal doesn't appear on CLI app build

    Description

      Any new or imported Qt Creator 4.2 "CLI" project (previous versions were not tested) has checkbox "run in terminal" activated, after building ide shows app output - and terminal window doesn't appear.

      Terminal emulator selection doesn't matter.

      But if manually unselect and select it again - terminal window starts to be displayed after build.

      QT Creator installed via official GUI installer.
