Make State Chart editor plugin non-experimental (loaded by default)

    Description

      Check user feedback and do own tests to see if the plugin is already solid to lose its experimental status. Also verify whether the plugin has significant side effects on the other plugins when Qt Creator is running.

      When it all looks ok, we can load it by default.
