In the attached image, one project is a library, the other is a Qt Quick application. It would be good to have some form of disambiguation, like there is for files with the same base name in the Open Documents window. Some text that is immediately visible without user interaction would be ideal, but even a tooltip that requires you to hover over each entry would be an improvement.
