Qt Creator ignores keyboard layout

    Description

      I'm use Ubuntu 16.04 with Unity desktop.
      After upgrade to 4.2.1 (from 4.2.0, I think), the Qt Creator continue input US locale charactes when I switch to Russian keyboard layout. System tray icon shows, that layout changed. Qt 5.7 linguist has no such problem.
