Help panel, Help Mode window

If I press F1, help page opened the main window's right side. If I press F1 again on another statement, it's help page overwrites the old one, it is correct. But when I want to use another window on another display to browse help, it is not works very well, because I can change the help panel to window with "Open help mode", but if I use the F1 key again, it not refreshes already opened "Help mode"window, it creates a Right panel on main window again. It would be more useful refresh help on it's last place, send it to a Help Mode window, and sent back to a panel, if I want.
