C++ warnings not show in issues tab

      Since QtCreator version 4.1, the "Issues" tab is not showing C++ warnings
      even if the compiler has detected and dumped in its output

      scr1.png -> G++ detect two "Unussed variable" warnings
      scr2.png -> "Issues" tab is empty

      Previous versions of QtCreator (3.6.1) display a line for each warnig in
      the issues tab, as seen in scr3.png
