MSVC2017 ABI should be the same as MSVC2015

Trying to create a kit combining Qt 5.8.0 MSVC2015 with the compiler MSVC2017 causes the error message "compilers produce code for different ABIs". This is not correct. Binaries built with 2017 are compatible with those built with 2015. Microsoft have gone to the effort of making sure the ABI won't change this time around. The ABI that Qt Creator detects for 2017 should be the same as the one it detects for 2015.
