Clang: No Completion for templated type alias

      This must be a bug on our side because completion with c-index-test works:

      $ ~/dev/llvm/3.9/installs/gcc54_rtti/bin/c-index-test -code-completion-at=main.cpp:10:18 main.cpp | grep -i Ba
