Doesn't seem to respect system keybord layout on linux

    Description

      The keybord layout in qt creator seem to be english even though my system keybord layout is set to swedish. typing "+" results in "-", "åäö" becomes "[';" and so on. I installed qt creator 4.1.0 there the keybord layout is correct

      OS: Fedora 25
