Android test app won't compile

Hello,
In project compilation setup, "Build Android APK", "android build SDK", the combobox is empty. In my android sdk platform v23 is installed.
I tried to compile a project in android studio, then everything is working on it.

And another bug in Tools->options->Mobiles->config : I'm trying to add an AVD but same issue, it says : "Cannot create a new AVD. No sufficiently recent Android SDK available. Install an sdk of at least API version 0".
I tried to add an AVD on android studio and it does ...
I heard that android update platform detection make more than 10sec to be update, and qt creator is listening 10sec and then stop.
