Jumping to file locations should take into account whether the file is already open in an editor split pane

Currently, if I click a reference to a file location (say, in the results of a "Find Usages" search) the file is opened in the editor split that last had keyboard focus, even if the file is already open in another editor split.

It would be preferable to jump to the intended file location within the editor split the file is already on, or at least provide this behavior as an option in the preferences.

This issue is similar to QTCREATORBUG-5213, which requests the ability to explicitly choose to open a file in the split that does not have focus (e.g. to keep one of the splits as the primary editor), regardless of the contents of the splits.
