Steps to reproduce:

• open/create a project
• have a file opened inside QC and trigger 'Tools' -> 'External' -> 'Text' -> 'Edit with vi'
• modify the file from inside vi, save and close vi

Current result:

• file inside QC is not updated [does also not work if you ensure that 'Modifies current document' inside its configuration is checked]
• you have to explicitly close and re-open the file inside QC to see the changes
