Currently these libraries are put into the Qt lib directory at build time, and therefore automagically put into the qtcreator.7z.

Coin cannot provision "into" other provisioned components, so we need to deploy them separately. That could either be done by hacking that into Qt Creator's deployqt script (to put them into qtcreator.7z as now), but probably the cleaner way is to package them separately in the installer.
