Some settings are missing per-project configuration

      It would be nice to have a possibility to configure following things per-project:

      • Use of #pragma once vs preprocessor guards in header files (QTCREATORBUG-12166)
      • All options from "File Naming" tab in C++ settings
      • clang-format style (and maybe also styles for astyle, uncrustify)
