Some settings are missing per-project configuration

    Description

      It would be nice to have a possibility to configure following things per-project:

      • Use of #pragma once vs preprocessor guards in header files (QTCREATORBUG-12166)
      • All options from "File Naming" tab in C++ settings
      • clang-format style (and maybe also styles for astyle, uncrustify)

QTCREATORBUG-10715 warn when older Qt Creator version tries to read kit/qt/compiler/debugger settings written by newer version (was: Running multiple QtCreator with the same -settingspath results into scrambled settings)
